2021 D.C. Fly-In

Please join NMCC membership and staff in the nation's capital for our Washington, D.C. Fly-In. The trip will include a briefing with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, meetings with New Mexico's congressional delegation and other issue-specific meetings based on member interests. A more detailed itinerary will be provided soon.

Our D.C. Fly-In is Monday, October 25 through Wednesday, October 27, 2021. We are staying at the Kimpton Monaco Washington DC, just minutes away from the US Capitol Building. We have secured a room block under NMCC for our Fly-In and the deadline to register that ensures this rate with us is Friday, September 24. The registration cost for this event is $1,200 per person. This price includes lodging, meals and transportation. Participants are responsible for booking their own airfare and should arrange their flights to best accommodate their schedules and preferences.

See you on the hill!

COVID-19 Protocols

We look forward to hosting you at New Mexico Chamber of Commerce’s DC Fly-In event. The Chamber is committed to your safety and that of our team and our communities, and we will adjust our plans as needed to follow the latest guidelines. NMCC will require all attendees to sign a COVID-19 vaccine attestation upon departure of our trip confirming health and vaccination status.

All staff and event attendees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, as defined by the CDC (i.e., at least two weeks since receiving the Johnson & Johnson shot or the second Moderna or Pfizer shot).

By registering to attend our DC Fly-In, you are consenting you will comply with any protocols that are made by NMCC and/or local health officials. Requirements for attendance will be communicated before the start of the trip.
