2017 Bottom-Line FOCUS: Workers' Compensation

2017 Bottom-Line FOCUS: Workers' Compensation

Event Sponsors

Gold Sponosor
New Mexico Mutual

ACI’s specialty is taking on the issues that affect the bottom lines of most – if not all – businesses in the state. We are kicking off a new topic-specific summit called “Bottom-Line FOCUS,” in which we will focus on a policy area with implications across New Mexico and across industries.
ACI will explore workers’ compensation, which affects every New Mexico employer, in its inaugural Bottom-Line FOCUS. The state’s foremost policy experts and administrative authorities in workers’ compensation will speak on the history and recent changes of worker’s comp, including:
• John Franchini, Insurance Superintendent, N.M. Office of the Superintendent of Insurance;
• Darin Childers, Director, N.M. Workers' Compensation Administration;
• Quinn Lopez, VP and General Counsel, New Mexico Mutual; and
• Jack Milarch, Executive Vice President and CEO, New Mexico Homebuilders Association.

KEYNOTE: State Senator Jacob Candelaria, who has championed workers’ comp reforms through the Legislature

Sponsorship opportunities available! Please contact Julie Gutierrez at (505) 842-0644 or Jgutierrez@nmaci.org for more information.
